Job summary

One Way Safety is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety efforts across locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The role focuses on inspections, policy development, training, and incident reporting to ensure a safe workplace.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in safety supervision, OSHA knowledge, and CHST certification or equivalent training, with strong communication and leadership abilities to drive a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of safety supervision experience with references.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards (OSHA 30).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in safety management or related field (CHST) or provide training/certificates.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
