Job summary

Three Phase Line Construction, Inc. (3Phase) seeks a safety professional to promote ownership of safety across field teams, conduct regular inspections, and support implementation of safety programs.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, and proactive incident analysis to prevent hazards. Preferred candidates have 2-5+ years in safety leadership, power distribution/underground experience, and relevant certifications (ASP, CSP, OSHA).

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in safety-related staff and management roles.
• Power distribution overhead and civil underground experience preferred.
• Experience on an Exelon property is a plus.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CUSA, OSHA 510, OSHA 500 etc.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety ownership with field management.
• Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly safety visits/inspections.
• Provide training and mentorship on safety practices.
• Develop and implement safety programs and action plans.
• Interface with customers and vendors on safety issues.
• Assist in other functions as required by management.
