Xylem Tree Experts seeks a Safety Specialist to evaluate and enforce safety protocols across job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, VOSH, and other standards. The role emphasizes training and site visits to maintain a safe work environment.

The candidate should have extensive experience in tree industry and certifications such as ISA and CTSP, with preferred pesticide license. Background check and drug screen are required.

• Organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.

• Analyze accident reports and evaluate injuries.
• Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.

The Safety Specialist evaluates and enforces safety protocols followed on various job sites. The employee will ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, ANSI, VOSH, etc.). Candidates with ISA, CTSP, and Pesticide License Cat 6 are preferred.
