Job summary

The Judge Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a Safety Supervisor to strengthen our safety culture within our manufacturing operations. This role blends hands-on floor engagement with structured program management, training, and continuous improvement.

You will maintain OSHA-aligned policies, perform JHAs and ergonomic reviews, investigate injuries, coordinate trainings, and partner with operations to reduce risks and enhance safety performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years manufacturing safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with safety reporting tools and metrics.
• Clear, confident communication skills for training and coaching.
• Certifications such as CHST or ASP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drills, evacuation planning, and emergency response readiness.
