Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety support partner to help manage plant programs that minimize environmental impact and promote a safe, accident-free workplace. You will assist with reports, corporate initiatives, and emergency action plans while engaging in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes safety concepts, incident investigations, and health monitoring, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related discipline Preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Awareness of food safety, quality and food manufacturing processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools and fundamentals.
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills.
• Experience interpreting technical information in mathematical and/or narrative form and working with abstract and concrete variables.

Physical Requirements

• You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.

• You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.

• This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
