Job description

This is a full-time, on-site Safety Representative role at Prime Safety Management LLC in Richmond, VA, supporting a renewable construction project.

The Safety Representative will be responsible for conducting site safety audits and other general construction safety management objectives within a solar construction site environment. The Safety Representative must also be well-versed in basic computer software applications and safety document control. Must have extensive knowledge in LOTO, trenching and excavation, and equipment safety controls.

Must be a team leader, have excellent communication skills, and have previous experience interacting with facility owners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a safety professional working within a data center or similar commercial construction projects is required.
• A BCSP CHST, GSP, CSP, OHST, SMP, ASP, OSHA 500, or BS degree in safety is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
