Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Specialist to support EHS initiatives in a fast-paced facility in Hamburg, PA. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, audits, observations, incident investigations, and employee safety training to maintain a safe workplace.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree or 1 year of EHS experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related role OR a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Professional experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with employees at all levels.
