Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
Compensation rate: $24/hour
Patagonia is looking for an experienced, compassionate, highly motivated individual to assist in all areas of Safety & Security. This is a new role that must embody Patagonia’s unique culture and demonstrate an open and inclusive approach to making sure everyone who has contact with Patagonia feels safe and welcome. Success will require a demonstrated commitment to ensuring Patagonia consistently offers a just and equitable work environment, whether on site at the Ventura locations or while working remotely.

To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently. Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, other associates, or guests.
This position requires 12‑hour shifts, Saturday and Sunday. Also looking for someone who is flexible to help cover extra shifts when needed.
