Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Safety & Security Officer in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. You will patrol the property, monitor security systems, and assist with guest and associate safety to ensure a secure environment for Owners and guests.

Role requires readiness to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends, with a focus on following safety procedures and company policies while delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Patrols all areas of the property by foot or vehicle using specified equipment.
• Administers first aid/CPR to Owners/guests or associates as required.
• Ensure Owner/guest and meeting rooms are secure and assist with room access.
• Monitors CCTV, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
• Responds to the scene of Owner/guest or associate accidents and determine if emergency aid is required.
• Defuses disturbances following company policies and procedures.
• Handles lost and found, logging and returning items.
• Oversee OSHA & FLS violations to mitigate risks throughout the property.
