The Safety & SecurityOfficeratSongTellerHotelwillassistinallaspects of safety, security, and emergency preparednessforDolly Parton’sSongTellerHotel, featuring 245 guest rooms, two food & beverage entertainment venues, a market, and Dolly Parton’s Museum. This role helps create an environment where guests and hosts feel genuinely safe, welcomed, and cared for. Through proactive presence, attentive observation, and support of daily security operations, this position helps ensure that safety is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the guest and team member experience.
With a calm, professional, and discerning presence, the Security Officer understands that the most effective protection is often subtle, intentional, and service-driven. The position supports the hotel’s safety and security operations bymonitoringthe property, responding to incidents,assistingwith emergency readiness, and helpingmaintaincompliance with applicable standards and brand expectations.
