Legacy Health is recruiting a Safety Security Associate Officer at Mount Hood Medical Center in Gresham, Oregon.

Position details

• Base pay: $20.24-28.93 per hour; non-union.
• Schedule: On-call; variable day/night schedule, weekends and holidays; 12-hour shifts. A 10% on-call differential and minimum shift availability apply.
• Requisition 26-49213.

Duties And Qualifications

Help protect people and property, guide visitors, monitor designated areas and assist with screening or observation assignments. This associate role excludes arrests and patient restraint.

High-school diploma or equivalent. Related security, corrections, military, first-responder or behavioral-health experience and customer-service experience are preferred. A qualifying driver's license is preferred.

AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and DPSST temporary or full unarmed certification are required within 14 days; full DPSST certification and Legacy de-escalation training within 120 days.

Differentials and application

Advertised differentials: evenings $2.50, nights $4.30 and weekends $3.00 per hour. Confirm eligibility with Legacy.
