Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Site Safety Representative in Toledo, OH for a 4-week, 1099 contractor assignment. You will provide full-time onsite safety leadership for masonry activities, coordinating with contractor and general contractor personnel and promoting safe work practices.

Responsibilities include AHAs/JHAs, toolbox talks, site inspections, OSHA compliance, incident support, and maintaining safety records while upholding safety culture across a crew of 8–10 installers.

Qualificações

• BCSP Certification (Minimum CHST)
• Minimum 3 Years of Construction Safety Experience
• Current First Aid / CPR Certification
• Experience Developing and Reviewing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs)
• Experience Developing and Reviewing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Experience Conducting Toolbox Talks and Safety Meetings
• Strong Communication and Field Leadership Skills
• Ability to Serve as a Liaison Between Contractor and General Contractor

Pay Rate: $56/hr
Per Diem: $125/day (7 Days Per Week)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
