- Monitor and enforce adherence to occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all departments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Completion of the mandatory 40‑hour Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) training course applicable to the industry.
- Additional 48 hours of advanced/specialized occupational safety training courses relevant to the industry.
- Accreditation/certification as an OSH Practitioner (or recognized equivalent) under the regulations of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in the Philippines.
- Training the Trainer
- PCO
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in occupational safety and health (OSH) in the workplace & PCO
