Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction safety industry.
• Extensive knowledge of utility construction (electric, natural gas, telecommunications).
• Ability to perform on-site safety audits.
• Effective communicator and capable coach.

Responsibilities

• Oversees training and implementation of safety policies.
• Creates safety training programs for teammates.
• Provides weekly safety and training reports.
• Completes Safety Assessments on project sites.
• Ensures proper investigation of accidents.
• Tracks safety metrics to identify trends.
• Promotes an Accident Free safety culture.
