Johansen Construction Company is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across all operations. SUMMARY: The Safety Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and continuously improving the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across all operations. This role ensures full compliance with all federal, Washington State (DOSH/L&I), and local regulatory requirements while driving a proactive, behavior-based safety culture focused on hazard recognition, risk mitigation, and incident prevention.
The Safety Manager partners with executive leadership, project teams, and field personnel to ensure all employees return home safely each day.
