CONSTRUCTION SAFETY MANAGER | $170/DAY PER DIEM (7 DAYS/WEEK) | DATA CENTER PROJECT | RENO, NV | IMMEDIATE NEED

Looking for a long-term assignment with strong weekly earnings, 7-day-per-week per diem, and the opportunity to support one of the most active construction sectors in the country? Sheakley is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to support a drywall and framing contractor on a major data center project in Reno, NV.

We're looking for a highly visible, field-focused safety professional who can build trust with crews, drive compliance, and proactively identify hazards before incidents occur. If you enjoy being in the field and making an impact every day, this is an excellent opportunity with immediate onboarding potential.

• Location: Reno, NV
• Pay Rate: $51 - $53/hr
• Per Diem: $170/Day (Paid 7 Days Per Week)
• Completion Bonus: $150/Month
• Duration: 6+ Months
• Pay: Weekly
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Weekends as Needed
• Project: Large-Scale Data Center Construction (Drywall & Framing Operations)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Oversee daily safety activities for drywall and framing construction operations
• Maintain a strong field presence and actively engage with supervisors and craft personnel
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor elevated work activities, fall protection systems, and material handling operations
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Deliver orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training
• Review JHAs, permits, and pre-task plans while maintaining compliance documentation

WHAT YOU NEED

• OSHA 30 Construction
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• BCSP Certification (Required)
• Strong knowledge of fall protection, scaffolding, material handling, incident investigations, and construction risk management

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Data center construction experience
• Experience with digital safety management systems
• Experience supporting fast-paced commercial construction projects
