Movement Search & Delivery seeks an EHS Leader for a 600-employee campus in Portland, OR. This hands-on leadership role requires visibility with the management team and shop floor teams to support and advance safety and industrial hygiene programs.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Occupational Health and Safety, have manufacturing experience, and manage one direct report (Safety Specialist). Compensation targets 120k–135k with a 40% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BS in Occupational Health and Safety required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Hands-on leader with visibility across management and shop floors.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for EHS programs and industrial hygiene strategies.
• Develop and implement safety training and compliance programs.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and fabrication teams to improve safety culture.

-1 Direct Report: Safety Specialist

The position requires a hands-on Leader who is willing to maintain a high level of visibility with the management team and manufacturing and fabrication teams. The selected candidate is expected to support and assist in the development of our safety and industrial hygiene programs.

• New Equipment Review and Approval
• OSHA compliance
• Safety training
• Identification, evaluation, and control of industrial hygiene exposures
• Ergonomics
• Emergency Response
• Injury/incident prevention and analysis
• May be required to handle hazardous waste
• May be required to complete hazardous waste management training
• May be required to complete Emergency Coordinator Training
