Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Safety Manager in Cleveland, OH to develop, implement, and continuously improve safety and environmental systems for regulatory compliance and risk reduction. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver training, audits, incident investigations, and performance reporting that drive measurable safety improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field and 4+ years of experience leading safety programs, with strong knowledge of OSHA rules

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in EHS, safety management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other federal, state and local requirements.
• Experience in industrial/operational environments and supervising teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Safety Manager will develop, implement and continuously improve safety and environmental systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including OSHA), reduce risk, and promote a culture of safety. This role partners with operations leadership to deliver training, audits, incident investigations, and performance reporting that drive measurable improvements in safety performance.

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field .
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in EHS, safety management or related roles; experience supervising teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant federal, state and local environmental and safety requirements.
