Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of safety supervisory experience in a safety program.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire compliance.
• Drug screening required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety education programs in the plant environment.
• Maintain and update safety procedures, SOPs, and policies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing managers to improve safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, regulations and reporting.
• Conduct hazard assessments and develop risk prevention plans.
• Review accident reports and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with insurance representatives for policy compliance.
• Support safety incentive program administration and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (air permits, runoff).
• Promote a culture of safe practices through leadership and training.
