Job summary

A leading construction safety provider in Arizona is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety programs. This role requires someone with over 5 years of safety management experience, specifically in the construction, semiconductor, or high-purity industries. The ideal candidate will lead site safety programs, conduct inspections, and promote a culture of safety. Emphasis is placed on communication, compliance, and effective leadership with an awareness of OSHA and NFPA standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of safety management experience in construction.
• Ability to develop and maintain project-specific safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety programs aligning with regulations.
• Develop and implement safety training for teams.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
