Qualifications
10+ years of experience in construction/safety management, preferably within a data center.
3+ years of senior-level safety management or design management experience.
In-depth knowledge of EPA standards and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage project-specific EHS Plans aligned with regulatory standards.
Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities.
Ensure risk assessments are conducted and integrated into planning.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Investigate incidents and report findings.
Lead weekly safety meetings and foster a positive safety culture.
Prepare and submit safety management reports.
Coordinate compliance with contractors and clients.
