Experience and Education Requirements
  1. One year of experience working with adolescent students in supervision, security, and control services, with recent experience within the last five years.
  2. Verification of a High School diploma, GED, or higher degree, supplemented by relevant training or coursework.
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Documents
  • Certificate of completion for School Security Officer Training (SB 390) or Campus Law Enforcement Course (PC 832(g) and EC 38001.5)
  • POST LEVEL II certification (Penal Code, Section 832)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications issued by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Two signed and dated Letters of Recommendation from within the last two years
  • Resume
