Job summary

Rosendin invites motivated students to join a paid 12-week Summer Internship as a Safety Intern on active construction sites. You'll work closely with HSE specialists, gaining hands-on experience in health, safety, and environmental programs while supporting safety initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation in December 2027 or later, preferably rising juniors or seniors, and able to spend most of their time on-site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Rising junior or rising senior status strongly preferred.
• Field aligned with Rosendin's work including but not limited to Occupational Health & Safety or Public Health.
• Prior construction or safety internship experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to spend significant time on active construction sites (approximately 80%).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on support for active construction projects and safety initiatives.
• Exposure to health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with HSE specialists and project teams to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting.
• Contribute to meaningful safety-related work and project management discussions.
• Develop professional and leadership skills through mentorship and guidance.
