Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation date Dec 2027 or later.
• Rising junior or rising senior status strongly preferred.
• Field aligned with Rosendin’s work: Occupational Health & Safety or Public Health.
• Prior construction or safety internship is a plus but not required.
• Ability to spend significant time on active construction sites (≈80%).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure on active construction projects and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with HSE specialists and project teams to apply classroom learnings.
• Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills in a safety-focused environment.
