BMW Manufacturing Company is seeking a Safety Intern for Spring 2027 to support Occupational Health and Safety programs, project management, and process improvements. You will assist with documentation, KPI tracking, audits, and vendor research while developing training materials and communication plans.
The role requires pursuing a degree in safety or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher. On-site work is required for the full-term from January 11 to May 14, 2027.

Description: This position will support the areas of Occupational Health and Safety in the development and continuous improvement of our management programs. The role provides project support for occupational health and safety projects, programs, pilots, processes, and initiatives. Duties include administrative support, project management, continuous improvement/efficiencies, research/analysis, process mapping, and evaluation/reporting. The role will interface with a variety of health and safety core responsibilities (including auditing, occupational medical management, safety compliance, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, management systems, and specification/program development).
