Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management with a Safety Concentration, or related discipline.
• Must be able to work in a team, adapt to new challenges, and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with field team members to influence safe practices.
• Assist in rollout and execution of company-wide safety programs.
• Balance fieldwork with administrative duties including safety inspections and training tracking.
• Promote proactive safety measures and report safety indicators on sites.
