Job summary

Rosendin invites students to join a 12-week Summer Internship Program as Safety Interns, gaining hands-on exposure to construction safety on active sites. You’ll work with experienced HSE specialists, apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced environment, and develop professional and leadership skills.

This paid internship offers mentorship, exposure to health, safety, and environmental programs, and opportunities to network across safety and project teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin’s work.
• Coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to spend significant time on active construction sites (approximately 80%).

Responsibilities

• Support active construction projects and safety initiatives on site.
• Assist health, safety, and environmental programs under supervision.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and mentorship from HSE professionals.
