Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Minneapolis seeks a Safety Intern to support local Associate Safety Consultants and Safety Consultants, assisting with in-office tasks and field assignments to strengthen clients' risk management. The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (safety focus preferred), strong organization, time management, and the ability to travel to client sites for day trips.

As our Safety Intern on the Safety team, you’ll provide support to local Associate Safety Consultants and Safety Consultants. You will support the Consultants with both in-office tasks and in the field. Our goal is to help our clients improve their overall risk management strategies.

• Pursuing Bachelor’s / Master’s degree; ideally with a focus on Safety.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites, consisting primarily of day trips to outstate locations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.

• Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
