Sun Gro Horticulture is seeking a Production Operator to join our plant team in Oregon. You will support finished goods readiness, inspect quality, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining safe storage, loading practices, and accurate paperwork. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a team, and comply with all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in an industrial plant.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Lifiting up to 50 pounds and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant safety practices and programs.
• Coordinate finished product on the bagging line to reduce downtime.
• Visually inspect pallets for proper packaging and quality.
• Complete bills of lading and loading sheets accurately.
• Load product to ensure stability during transit.
• Inspect incoming materials and report issues immediately.
• Place safety devices on trailers and follow risk assessment rules.
• Store finished goods safely and keep areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
