Essential duties include following supervisor instructions, prepping pallets, performing pallet jack checks, adhering to safety practices, addressing safety/quality concerns promptly, and ensuring inventory accuracy through labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 6–12 months of previous experience operating a pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Must possess strong communication with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from supervisor to keep product on the floor for production needs.
• Prepares pallets for handling items and create combo bins.
• Perform pre-checks of the pallet jack to ensure proper working order.
• Always use Safe Practices when operating the pallet jack.
• Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by addressing safety or quality concerns.
• Labeling, consuming and containerizing labels to ensure inventory accuracy.
