Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 6–12 months of pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• 6 months of work history in the last 12 months required.
• Must communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Move palletized products to designated area to support shipping.
• Keep production flowing by ensuring pallets are on the floor.
• Assist in staging and loading Bell and Evans products for shipment.
• Take orders from supervisor to keep product on the floor.
• Prepare pallets and create combo bins as needed.
• Perform pre-checks of pallet jack for safe operation.
• Always use Safe Practice habits when operating the pallet jack.
• Address safety or quality concerns proactively.
• Label consumption and containerize inventory for accuracy.
