Job summary

Coulter Services in Michigan seeks a Commercial Driver focused on safety to transport paper-based packaging and containerboard across our manufacturing and logistics network, delivering to plants, warehouses, and customers while upholding a strong safety-first culture.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report defects, ensure DOT compliance and ELD requirements, secure loads, maintain accurate delivery documentation, and coordinate with dispatch to support operational needs

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and strong safety mindset.
• Working knowledge of DOT compliance and ELD requirements.
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong attention to detail for securement and documentation accuracy.
• Professional communication and teamwork with dispatch and receiving teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects as needed.
