Job summary

Ellwood Closed Die Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead compliance with Local, State and Federal EHS regulations. The role requires ensuring OSHA, EPA and TCEQ guidelines are met and all documentation is prepared and stored for the required timeframe.

You will develop, implement and maintain Safety & Health Policies, Plans and Procedures, conduct new employee safety orientation, and deliver periodic training on safety issues relevant to the work environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand Local, State and Federal EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to lead safety trainings and coach teams.
• Experience aligning with OSHA, EPA and TCEQ guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal EHS regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records for required timeframes.
• Develop and maintain Safety & Health Policies, Plans and Procedures.
• Conduct new employee safety orientation and periodic training.
• Lead investigations to determine root causes and prevention measures.
• Report on safety KPIs and lead efforts to improve performance.
• Coordinate monitoring and sampling related to environmental factors.
• Travel regionally as needed.
