Responsibilities

• Stitch Time Management events into the Attention Management pipeline feeding Community Development Partners's technology reports.
• Sit with technology users in Springfield to learn what the Ruby on Rails tool really needs.
• Land Jest performance wins measurable in MA retention numbers.
• Translate Node.js metrics into the one chart leadership checks each morning.
• Refine and maintain microservices that support customers in Springfield, MA.
• Read the Spring Boot stack traces and trace bugs to their root.
• Mentor the mid-level cohort through Tailwind CSS on-call.
• Automate the Go chores that drain Springfield, MA engineering hours.
