Qualifications

• 1+ years of real-world engineering experience.
• Strong communication across email, calls and in person.
• Hands-on Growth Mindset with problem solving on whiteboard.
• Solid Terraform experience and basic Terraform fluency.
• Production experience with Laravel and Webpack.
• Familiarity with .NET Core metrics and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Laravel schema to on-call rotation
• Decide when to buy Webpack versus build it for InnovateTech's Amarillo, TX stack
• Decode the undocumented Microservices service nobody at InnovateTech remembers writing
• Translate .NET Core metrics into the one chart leadership checks each morning
• Harden InnovateTech's Teamwork auth so the TX audit comes back clean
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with InnovateTech's growing user base
