Job summary

The Bachrach Group seeks a Safety Engineer for our Falls Church, VA area heavy civil construction projects. You will conduct safety audits, help implement HASPs, and support incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 0–2 years experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus. Spanish-speaking skills are highly preferred and travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Occupational Health, or related field (required)
• 0–2 years of construction or industrial safety experience (internships welcome)
• Procore experience is a plus
• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
• OSHA 30‑Hour or BCSP CHST certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
