Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement OSHA programs
• Design and deliver safety trainings
• Investigate incidents and report
• Conduct safety audits and inspections and perform risk assessments
• Implement preventative measures and controls
• Develop and review emergency response plans
• Track/analyze and report safety data/KPIs and metrics
• Promote a safety conscious culture and plan/develop safety programs/initiatives
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and keep detailed, organized records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Korean language proficiency OR Spanish language proficiency (must have one of these)
• Proven work experience as a Safety Engineer or in a similar safety-related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Ability to interpret safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Experience in designing and delivering OSHA programs and safety training programs
• Proficiency in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Familiarity with safety equipment and technologies used to enhance workplace safety
• Proficient in using safety-related software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
