Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing in Texas is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support day-to-day safety operations at our McGregor facility. You will conduct workplace inspections, assist with safety training, maintain records, and support OSHA compliance while partnering with plant leadership and our Corporate Safety team.

This entry‑level to early‑career role offers hands‑on experience across OSHA programs, incident investigations, safety committees, and employee engagement initiatives as Fidelity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in safety, manufacturing, warehousing, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required safety certifications.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of company safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support OSHA compliance and company safety standards.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in facility risk assessments and safety improvement activities.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure completion.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities and safety initiatives.
• Support contractor safety compliance activities as needed.
• Maintain a visible and active presence throughout the facility.
