General Refrigeration Company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Garner, North Carolina. You will receive, stock, stage, and distribute materials and equipment while maintaining a safe, accurate, and organized warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a valid driver's license with DOT card, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT card.
1–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
Forklift certification required or obtainable within defined timeframe.

Responsabilités

Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, staging, issuing, and transferring materials.
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and POs; report discrepancies, damage, or shortages.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites; ensure orders are complete and accurate.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe storage practices.
