Job summary

USG is seeking a Production Operator to run and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, record data, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced plant environment. You will assist with equipment maintenance and collaborate with peers on continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Able to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety rules.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Use basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

• Basic maintenance skills with common hand tools.
• Effective teamwork and communication.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and adjust as needed to meet quality specs.
