USG is seeking a Production Operator in Texas to operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet quality specifications. You will record data, perform basic maintenance, and participate in safety and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) and teamwork with co-workers to maintain smooth operations. Benefits include health options and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a manufacturing setting with safety rules.
• Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Apply basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

• Have basic maintenance skills with common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety/housekeeping requirements in manufacturing.
• Operate production equipment and adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Record production data and other results accurately.

• Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adapt to rotating shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
