Steve's & Sons, an award-winning door manufacturer in San Antonio, TX, seeks an experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations across the U.S. This role handles loading, unloading, inventory checks, and equipment maintenance while following OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Candidates must have 5+ years of forklift experience, be able to lift 50+ pounds, pass a drug screen and background check, and ideally hold forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify faults and safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Load and unload products using forklift trucks and equipment.
• Store products properly on the production floor and transport them safely.
• Deliver, wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and report needed repairs.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
