Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is seeking a Concrete Delivery Professional to safely drive and deliver ready-mix concrete to industrial, commercial, and residential sites in compliance with DOT and Dolese rules. This role requires strong safety awareness and reliable attendance, with a CDL license and active DOT qualification.

You will work with a team, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and assist with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Must maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a ready mix truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct weekly maintenance and inspections of vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate job hazards and direct workers via radios or signals.
• Assist in maintenance and training as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance at the worksite.
