You will operate a mixer truck, perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and use DOT-compliant processes. Willingness to work nights, overtime, and weekends is required; teamwork and safety come first.

Qualifications

• CDL license (Class A or B) is required.
• Must maintain a clean, safe driving record.
• Active DOT qualification is required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and drives a ready mix truck safely and efficiently per DOT and Dolese rules.
• Follows health, safety, and environmental practices and safety rules.
• Performs weekly vehicle maintenance, inspections, fueling, cleaning, tire/lights, fluids.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Inspects concrete consistency in the mixer.
• Maintains a DOT Daily Log Book.
• Communicates hazards to workers via radio/hand signals.
• Utilizes job-related tools and technology (eTicket, etc.).
• Ensures safe access and unloading at delivery sites.
• Assists with repairs and supports maintenance as needed.
• Maintains professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Participates in training of coworkers as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance at worksite.
