Job Title: Director of Safety

Locations: Atlanta, Columbus, Ohio, Dallas, Denver, or Phoenix (up to 50% weekday travel).

Overview

Immediate hiring need for a safety director who will coordinate the corporate safety program and ensure compliance across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor to Corporate Management and Field Supervision.
• Manage staff of safety professionals.
• Administer corporate safety and health program management, design, and continual improvement.
• Monitor construction activities and advise management on compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage company safety training curriculum, including development and teaching of training courses.
• Be responsible for all company claims management functions.
• Travel to various job locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or risk management.
• At least 10 years of construction safety experience.
• Proficiency with OSHA standards related to construction.
• Experience with contractor databases such as ISNet and Avetta.
• Ability to work independently and productively with others.
• Experience in data center or mission‑critical construction is a plus.
