KMRG, LLC seeks a Safety Data Analyst to support PHNSY & IMF’s Occupational Safety and Health Office at Pearl Harbor. The role focuses on validating data, building dashboards, and delivering concise analyses to leadership.

You will translate complex data into decision-ready information, prepare monthly trend analyses, and support program managers with clear briefings. Strong Excel skills and data interpretation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience interpreting large datasets and communicating findings clearly.
• Experience with statistical analysis, trend analysis, or performance-data evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before analysis.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or unusual data and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
• Analyze OSH data from RMI, SharePoint, local logs, and other databases.
• Identify trends in injuries, hazards, near-misses, reporting behavior, and safety performance.
• Identify leading indicators and emerging risks within Occupational Safety and Health data.
• Compare data across departments, time periods, and other groups to support benchmarking.
• Identify gaps in reporting, hazard recognition, or data quality.
