Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety of the interim housing site using observation and de-escalation.
• Coordinate with on-site case management to support the site.
• Coordinate with security agencies to maintain site safety.
• Conduct regular rounds and report discrepancies or concerns.
• Draft written documentation on safety and security of the site.
• Respond to safety or crisis situations using non-violent de-escalation.
• Develop forms, procedures, and manuals for interim housing operations.
• Complete reports as necessary or requested.
• Attend meetings and provide input on safety and support operations.
