Job summary

HazTek Safety Management in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support our commercial construction projects. You will drive OSHA compliance, oversee safety programs, and foster a culture where every worker goes home safe.

Responsibilities include conducting daily safety audits, completing accident investigations, ensuring PPE use, and inspecting tools and equipment to maintain a safe jobsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience required
• OSHA 30 hour Construction certification required
• Electrical and Fall Protection a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Excellent verbal and written skills
