Six Flags Fiesta Texas seeks a Safety Coordinator to help maintain a safe, compliant workplace. The role is part-time, year-round, with an hourly rate starting at $16.00, and includes 401k with matching, free uniforms, bi-weekly pay, and park access for you and a guest.

You will assist safety audits, incident investigations, data entry, and coordinate with contractors and vendors under the Public Safety leadership. High school diploma required; safety certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional safety certifications are a plus.
• Prior safety/compliance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify hazards and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist investigations of incidents and near misses.
• Manage data entry for audits, incidents, and contractor compliance.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure safety standards.
• Review and approve contractor safety plans as guided by Safety Manager.
• Conduct inspections of contractor work for compliance.
• Maintain records of contractor performance and compliance.
• Support development and promotion of safety programs and initiatives.
• Assist in safety training sessions for employees.
• Collaborate with departments to implement safety improvements.
