Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a safe, compliant park environment in San Antonio, TX. This year-round, part-time role offers an starting hourly rate of $16.00 with bi-weekly pay, 401k with matching, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Safety certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in safety/compliance is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid state driver’s license.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
• Support safety audits and investigate incidents.
• Manage data entry related to safety audits and incidents.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure safety compliance.
• Review contractor safety plans and inspections under supervision.
• Maintain records of contractor performance and safety compliance.
• Contribute to safety program development and employee training.
